Missouri workers' compensation is a no fault insurance program. There is no requirement that the injured employee must prove a work related injury was the employer's fault or someone else's fault in order to receive workers' compensation benefits. Medical Care
Generally, the employer has an obligation to pay for the employee's medical treatment and the employer has the right to select the doctor the employer is paying, for the employee's medical care. Weekly Disability Payments
